Project H.E.A.R.T.S. is on a mission to strengthen and uplift young people through programs and networks that promote healthy relationships.

From middle school to high school, we use developmentally appropriate language to teach consent and help youth recognize and respond to the 10 signs of healthy and unhealthy relationships.
