Great work today devin.wia 😤

This morning I stretch then did light cardio by walking on incline for about 40 minutes 

After I rested and went to my training session which there I worked on different ways to catch the ball set to shoot! Being consistent in this the thing the sets you apart 

I went to the weight room to do upper body which eventually lead to me adding in legs too  lol

After I was done for the day I made sure to listen and take care of my body. I swam around a bit in the pool and stretched in the hot tub:)
