We’re making citrus-marinated shrimp tacos with pineapple salsa, creamy cilantro lime sauce, and homemade tortillas! All cooked with heart-healthy* Mazola® Corn Oil to bring it together!

SHRIMP MARINADE:
·  2lbs peeled, deveined shrimp
·  1 tbsp Mazola® Corn Oil
·  1 tsp seafood seasoning
·  ½ tsp black pepper
·  ½ tsp onion powder
·  1 tsp paprika
·  ½ tsp garlic powder
·  2 limes juiced

PINEAPPLE SALSA:
·  1 cup pineapple, diced
·  ½ red bell pepper, diced
·  ½ red onion, diced
·  1 jalapeno, diced
·  ½ salt
·  2 limes juiced
·  ¼ cup cilantro, finely chopped

CILANTRO LIME SAUCE:
·  1 cup greek yogurt
·  ½ cup cilantro
·  3 cloves garlic
·  1 lime juiced
