This year’s event will honor sussexcountysheriffsofficenj Supervisory Public Safety Dispatcher Shannon Thonus, who recently passed away at the age of 31 following a courageous battle with stage 4 cancer. A portion of the proceeds will go toward the Thonus family—her husband, Jim Thonus, a New Jersey State Trooper and U.S. Marine, and their two young daughters, ages 1 and 4.
