👑 For many, Kaggeholm Castle – on the island of Helgö in Lake Mälaren – is instantly familiar as the setting for the Swedish Netflix series 'Young Royals'.

🏰 This 17th-century castle serves as the fictional boarding school Hillerska, where Prince Wilhelm and his classmates navigate love, loyalty and royal duty. With its grand halls, tree-lined avenues, and sweeping lake views, it’s no wonder the location was chosen – drama has rarely had such a regal backdrop!

🧣🎒Steeped in history, Kaggeholm has served as a manor house, conference centre and training facility over the years. Today, it’s also a pop culture landmark, beloved by 'Young Royals' fans from around the globe. Some fans even make the pilgrimage dressed as their favourite characters!
