🌴 We tried sabordelriocafe, a new floating restaurant that brings Puerto Rican flavors to the Columbia River.

The restaurant is located off Northeast Marine Drive at Harbor 1/Sundance Marina at the end of a boardwalk. Diners can sit dockside with their food and drinks – if you’re lucky, you’ll catch a ship passing by. ⛴️
