I didn’t realize how much success was costing me… until I slowed down.

During my young adulthood I thought the way to win was to push harder… wake up earlier… work longer… fill every gap on the calendar. But I was building fast… and burning out faster.

Burnout doesn’t always announce itself. It shows up quietly… shorter patience, cloudier thoughts, creativity on empty. 

I called it “the grind,” but really… it was anxiety dressed up as ambition.

Masking.

When I started practicing stillness like REAL stillness lol everything shifted. 

My vision got clearer. I could hear my own thoughts again. And for the first time in a long time… I felt present in my own life.

Beyond Burnout showed me that success isn’t just about what you build… it’s about building in a way that doesn’t break you. Sustainability and intention DRIVES SUCCESS!
