Core States Group’s David Dugan, Melanie Beeler, Virginia Alvarez, Jason Carey, and James Lalli recently attended the groundbreaking ceremony for @wellsfargo's DeNovo New Build Program in Chicago’s Bronzeville neighborhood. 🏗

Bronzeville is a historically significant community celebrated for its cultural heritage and ongoing revitalization. This new branch is being designed to serve as an inclusive hub for the neighborhood, aligning with Chicago’s broader vision to create thriving, equitable communities where residents have the resources to grow.

We are honored to partner with @wellsfargo on this strategic branch expansion, part of their initiative to develop new locations and strengthen their presence in key Chicago markets in the coming years.

As the Architect of Record for many projects in the area, Core States Group will be providing full-service support, including architecture, civil engineering, MEP engineering, structural engineering, and permitting.

The 3,400 SF Bronzeville branch is scheduled to open in early 2026 and will feature an open layout, digital messaging displays, and private consultation spaces designed to support community members in achieving their financial goals.
