This cocktail is refreshingly crisp with a smooth, fizzy finish (thanks to how the silky-smooth Absolut Elyx vodka plays with the champagne bubbles).

A beautiful treat for all your guests.

→ Ingredients 

Ice cubes
25ml Absolut Elyx vodka
10ml maraschino liqueur
10ml orgeat syrup
20ml lemon juice
75ml Perrier-Jouët champagne

Garnish: Lemon slice, cherry.

→ How to make it 

1. Add all ingredients (except the champagne) to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

2. Shake vigorously.

3. Strain over ice in a highball glass.

4. Top with champagne then stir to mix everything together.

5. Garnish and serve ✨
