Slice squash in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds with a spoon. -Place squash face side down on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake until tender and golden, about 30 minutes. -While squash is baking, place turkey in a pan over medium/high heat. Break apart into crumbles with a spatula and season with all spices. -Continue breaking apart, mixing and cooking until turkey is no longer pink on the inside. -Once turkey is done, remove from pan and add in spinach, onion, and ghee.
