MCLAREN OFFERS 5 types of "internships" yall! ranging from 1 week long work experience for students to 3-5 year apprenticeships for those trying to refine their skills to work in F1 full time:

⚡️ GRADUATE PROGRAM: include job rotation across teams, working on critical car performance projects, whilst building your technical knowledge & internal network. 24 months 

⚡️ INTERNSHIP: aim to identify future talent for the team through our internship opportunities, with many returning as graduates or in entry level roles. Three- month summer internships and 12-month internships (placement years/year in industry)

⚡️ TRAINEE: support progression within a specialism, particularly in hands-on engineering environments (many trainees progress into trackside mechanic roles)

⚡️ APPRENTICESHIP: continue studies whilst gaining real world motorsport experience working within McLaren team. Starting in September each year, engineering apprenticeships vary in length from three to five years depending on the apprenticeship Level.

⚡️ WORK EXPERIENCE: Week-long work experience programmes in a variety of functions are available periodically for those aged 16-18 during
the summer period.
