I decided to prep a lot of minced garlic and freeze it to save me cooking time. I blended garlic in olive oil and froze it in ziplock bags. I got this idea from feelgoodfoodie! She even shapes them into cubes to break off easier. Genius! #garlic #mincedgarlic #mealprep #foodhack #freezerfood
