There’s nothing more dreamy than a ceiling filled with helium balloons, satin ribbons, and bows. 🎈 For this balloon ceiling installation, I use hifloat to extend the float time—this way I can prep my helium balloons days in advance. After treating, I rubber band and seal them in bags until I’m ready to inflate.
