Tomato Pie! Big Heirloom Tomatoes are the star of the show here. 🍅🤩this delicacy is a classic around these parts! Everyone makes theirs a little different. However, they’re ALL delicious!!! I have been tweaking this recipe over the years. I finally have it just the way I want it. Want to know the secret? PIMENTO CHEESE. I mean how could it be bad when it has pimento cheese in it? 
I hand painted tomato vine leaves and flowers for the crust. A big idea I had and truthfully…. It would have been just as beautiful without! However, I had fun making them and that’s all that matters, right?? Swipe for recipe.
