If you want to try something a little different on the island stop by this food truck! They cook steak over an open flame and have  this crazy chimichurri and garlic parley mayo sauce! I came back here because the first night I had a sandwich and I think they may have given me the last of the beef ribs and just threw it in a sandwich. I had to double back and make a video. This time I tried the original sandwich de vacio which had cheese and chimichurri with the garlic parsley mayo. I def added extra chimi! Smackin!
