Lesly joined the Young Coffee Farmers program, part of the Nescafé Plan in Honduras, where she learned modern farm management techniques and empowered herself as a leader. By diversifying production with beehives, fruit trees, and vegetables, she transformed the farm into a sustainable and profitable space.
