## Caption

Frankford High School in Northeast Philadelphia is ready to welcome students this upcoming school year after its closure in April of 2023. 

The 108-year-old building was shut down because of asbestos damage. 

The high school underwent $29.9 million in environmental repairs and building improvements, according to the School District of Philadelphia.
