Ingredients
For the Chicken Marinade:
🥗1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts
🥗 1/2 cup Newman’s Own Oil & Vinegar Dressing
🥗 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
🥗 1 tablespoon honey (optional for a touch of sweetness)
🥗 2 cloves garlic, minced
🥗 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
🥗 Salt & black pepper to taste

For the Veggies:
🥗 2 cups chopped zucchini
🥗 1 red bell pepper, sliced
🥗 1 red onion, sliced into petals
🥗 1 cup cherry tomatoes
🥗 Salt, pepper, and a dash of Italian seasoning

Optional Add-Ons:
🥗 Cooked rice, quinoa, or cauliflower rice
🥗 Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
🥗 Shaved Parmesan cheese
