Everything I did on race day in 90 seconds 🏃🏼‍♀️ 
My last race was in Leuven, Belgium, which is one of my favorite places to train, but somewhere I’ve never raced before!

I’m so proud of the progress I made from just one week ago. At Sir Walter Miler I ran 4:13.8 through 1500 of the mile and really felt my wheels come off in the last 400m.
This week I got to 500 to go feeling STRONG and rolled up on some people in the last lap and finished in 4:10.2! So much fun!

This race was at 5:20pm so I wanted to show yall what I did all day to pass time and prepare for it.

AND I get to line up again TOMORROW! I’m in London now and excited to run a 3k at the BMC Tooting Bec Record Breaker.

This time my race is at 9:02pm local time (1:02pm PT) so I’ll have a looooong day of waiting! 
If anyone has tips for how I can pass the time, please let me know! I’m thinking about getting a hair cut 💇‍♀️ 🤔 …
