Throwback to taking some pole fitness classes… miss these for sure! 

As my sciatica and back are slowly getting better, I’m thinking I should drop back in for class. Just need to find more time in the day 😂 It’s also a good reminder to work on my flexibility 🙌🏽 Remember to try new activities/sports and keep moving your body!
