• 1 cup light brown sugar firmly packed (200g)
• ¾ cup granulated sugar (150g)
• 2 large eggs + 1 large egg yolk room temperature preferred
• 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour (285g)
• 2 teaspoons cornstarch (cornflour in the UK)
• ½ teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips (340g)
