As I reflect on my time with the Cape Cod Baseball League, I realize it was one of the biggest leaps in progress I’ve made as a professional, as a photographer, and as a person. The countless hours of work, the “once in a blue moon” days off, and the amount of photos taken were absolutely absurd, and I loved every minute of it.

As a photographer, it seems that most places you go are “dog eat dog” places where everyone is overly competitive and not supportive of anyone else’s work… in the Cape, with Georgia McKay, Sophia Stempinski, Molly Sheehan, and Sydney Ciardi, it was quite the opposite and I have nothing but glowing things to say about all of them as photographers, workers, and people.

Working alongside some of the most talented sports industry talent, before they make it where they will end up, was the biggest blessing this summer as well. Grace Nugent, Aylee Weiss, aj_greene1015, and Ben Mihailovich were amazing to watch in action. Cap Henneman and Mallory E. Grossman, MFA are some of the most impressive videographer I’ve had to pleasure to work with, along with the insane graphic design team of tommy.gilarde and Nathan Nadeau.

Overall I believe the Cape Cod Baseball League is to thank for the experience this past summer and I couldn’t be more grateful for the connections I’ve made, and the time that I spent amongst them!
