You’ll never feel ready, so here’s three easy steps you can take to ensure you’re setting yourself up for success. 

1. Establish a Niche
This could be as vague as “Miami Portrait & Wedding Photographer” to a borderline LinkedIn headline. 

2. Solidify your network
Don’t just meet many people, meet people who *look* for you. If you’re a photographer, look for agencies, marketing reps, production companies, that would need photographers. be tactical in networking.

3. Portfolio
You have to show the work you’re capable of, and sometimes that doesn’t translate on social media. Having a website/landing page allows you to funnel potential clients to you by showcasing the work you have, with an accessible way to get a hold of you.
