A little pie crust inspo and very helpful tip for you all today! Did you know that you can bake your top crust separately on a baking pan? Then just sit it on top of the filling once it’s baked. No more soggy top crust, burnt edges, and weird deformed middles! 🤣 I have spent way too many bakes fretting and then I decided it didn’t have to be this way and I’ve never looked back.
