Coffee cupping is a standardized method used by roasters, baristas, and producers to evaluate the quality and flavor profile of coffee. 🌍

Each sample is brewed using the same ratio of coffee to water, without filters, to highlight the true characteristics of the beans. Tasters assess aroma, flavor, acidity, body, and aftertaste — helping identify everything from defects to delicate tasting notes like citrus, floral, or chocolate. 🍋🌸🍫 Cupping helps uncover a coffee’s unique origin story — from fruity Ethiopian to chocolatey Colombian. 🌍☕
