When college football goes global, so does game day. We perfected this Irish Soda Bread for the Dublin kickoff 🇮🇪🏈

Recipe ⬇️
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- In the Smart Mixer, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt
- Add cold butter, use hook attachment → mix until crumbly
- Whisk buttermilk + egg, pour into mixer
- Mix gently with reverse feature until sticky dough forms
- Shape into a round loaf, score the top
- Bake 35–40 min until golden brown
- Cool before slicing. Enjoy!
