TW: death, unattended death

The murder mystery I'm working on focuses on the world of biohazard cleanup! My main character Dahlia is a crime scene cleanup technician with the power to see and sometimes hear people's emotions! 

"What people most want to ignore is how lonely death is. They turn from the fact that no matter how many people someone has surrounded themselves with, they might lay on the bathroom floor for hours or days. Suddenly, the idea of dying in a nursing home doesn't seem so bad."
