## Caption

The new dining room and a Mandarin Almond Sour🍊🥃

Ingredients 
2oz. Rye Whiskey 
1 egg white 
.75 oz. Mandarin Juice
.5 oz. Lemon Juice 
.5 oz. Orgeat Syrup yescocktailco (almond syrup)
2 dashes orange bitters 

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin. Dry shake (no ice) vigorously for 30 seconds. Add ice, shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Double strain into a martini/nick and Nora glass. Garnish with an orange slice.
