Stone fruit season isn’t over yet! Pêche 75 🍸🍑 a peachy twist on the French 75. 

Pêche 75 ingredients 
1 oz Gin (I used hendricksginus flora adora)
1 oz. Peach Purée (recipe below)
.5 oz Simple Syrup 
4 oz. Prosecco (I used mionettoproseccousa) 

Into a shaker add gin, peach purée and simple syrup. Add ice. Shake and strain into a coupe or martini glass. Top off with your favorite Prosecco. Garnish with a peach slice and sprig of thyme. 

Peach Purée- makes enough for approximately 4 drinks
1 peach sliced 
1 lemon juiced 
Blend and strain. You can store this in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
