Summer Sips Ep. 4: Coconut Watermelon Pink Drink.
The inspo: Summer 2016 when my timeline was filled with starbucks pink drinks 🍓🍉

Recipe:
Ingredients
2 oz. White Rum
1.5 oz. Watermelon Lime Juice (1 oz. Watermelon .5 oz Lime Juice)
1 oz. Coconut Cream (Unsweetened)
.75 oz. 1-1 Simple Syrup
4-6 Strawberry Slices

In a shaker add strawberry slices and watermelon-lime juice. Muddle until the strawberries have broken down. Add in coconut cream, rum, and simple syrup. Shake until coconut cream is fully mixed. Pour into a glass. (You can use the same ice from the shaker!). Garnish with A watermelon wedge and extra strawberries. Serve and Enjoy!
