Summer Sips Episode 1: Cucumber Mint Mezcal Margarita 🥒🍹

Recipe:
2 oz Mezcal (delmagueymezcal )
0.75 oz. Triple Sec ( cointreau_us ) 
1 oz. Cucumber juice 
1 oz. Lime Juice 
0.5 oz. Agave (1 oz if you like sweeter!)
Mint sprig 

Garnish: lime zest/salt rim, fresh mint and a cucumber slice
How I made it:

For the cucumber juice I added 3 Tbsp of Water and then blended into a juice, strain with a fine mesh strainer. 

To a cocktail shaker add a mint sprig -don’t forget to slap it! Add all other ingredients, fill with ice. Shake for 30 seconds. Strain over fresh ice and garnish. Serve and enjoy!
