✅ We kick off with the Community First. 

JMC University Packing Party – join TSU as we pack hygiene kits for Shower The People, Society of St. Andrew, Ascension St. Thomas Hospital & more. Giving back before we turn up!

Then CLOCK OUT + LOG OUT - because it’s officially Labor Day Weekend! 🔥

✅ First Pep Rally of the Season: 4:30PM – University Amphitheater 

✅ Greek Yard Show @ 6PM – Administrative Lawn. Who runs the yard? Come find out. 

✅ Football Alumni Mixer @ Harriet’s Rooftop @ 1 Hotel – Big Blue energy with the team + alumni at one of Nashville’s hottest rooftops. 

✅ Friday Night Vibes @ DraftKings Rooftop – A TSU x NCAT takeover. A LITuation on 2nd Ave. You already know the vibes 🔥

🏟️ SATURDAY, AUG 30 – GAME DAY

🎶 7 Bands. One Stage. Showcase of Bands @ Nissan Stadium’s South Plaza. 

🏈 Tennessee State vs. North Carolina A&T – and yes - BOTH BANDS WILL BE HERE! 

The lights are on. The city is watching. The Tigers are coming to handle business.

💥 This is the 25th John A. Merritt Classic. The ENERGY, the CULTURE, the UNITY—it all goes down this Labor Day Weekend.
