🙌 The rain shortened Austrian Grand Prix ended on this day fifty years ago with winner Vittorio Brambilla crashing on his victory lap! 💥🫣
 
Far from a fluke win, Brambilla simply out-drove the field in horrible conditions; running third to home hero Niki Lauda and James Hunt until both made errors, he led by almost half a minute when the race was stopped. 🌧️ It was the first F1 win for an Italian driver since 1966. 🇮🇹
