The video comes after Hiltz revealed that they’d undergone gender-affirming chest surgery one month after returning home from competing in the Paris Olympics. Hiltz, who made history as the one of the first out trans athletes to represent Team USA, has long used their platform to champion LGBTQIA inclusion in sport.
