Canadian Brooke Henderson became a two-time CPKC Women’s Open champion, capturing the title on home soil. She remains the winningest Canadian golfer—male or female—with 14 career victories. 🏆⁣

Henderson closed with a 4-under 68 at Mississaugua Golf and Country Club to finish at 15-under 269. Holding a narrow one-stroke lead, she edged out world No. 4 Minjee Lee of Australia. 💪⁣

The two battled throughout the final round, but Henderson broke a tie with a clutch 6-foot birdie putt on the par-3 14th. 👏⁣

With the win, she also became the first non-U.S. player to capture a title in their home country since Ruoning Yin at the 2024 Buick LPGA Shanghai in China. 🔥⁣

An Ontario native, Henderson continues to build on her remarkable resume, which already includes two major championships, 84 career top-10 finishes, and three Olympic appearances (Rio 2016, Tokyo 2020, Paris 2024). She’ll once again represent Canada this October at the 2025 Hanwha LIFEPLUS International Crown. Henderson is no stranger to accolades either, having received the 2019 Founders Award and that same year’s ESPY for Best Female Golfer. ⛳⁣
