📍 Samseong-dong
The COEX area, Hyundai Global Business Center (GBC), and Trade Center will link up to form the International Exchange Complex. Expect a supertall GBC tower, an expanded COEX convention hall, luxury hotels, shopping, and cultural spaces—turning Gangnam into a true global business and tourism hub 🌏🏢

📍 Jamsil Sports Complex (Target completion: 2032)
A massive 610,000㎡ redevelopment with an international convention & exhibition center, 900-room hotels, shopping & cultural facilities, a new baseball stadium, and a sports complex. The MICE hall will be 3× the size of COEX’s, plus a pedestrian bridge over Tancheon connecting to the Han River, and the Olympic Highway going underground with a deck park on top 🌉🌳

💡 Together, the Samseong–Jamsil mega-project will elevate Seoul into Asia’s leading business, tourism, and MICE hub.
