入行快十年了，Sophie的心態也隨著時間有所成長，從最初的完美主義，到如今學會放鬆，她笑言：「演員的工作是流動的，我們沒得安排以後的工作或發展，所以捕捉當下瞬間的美麗才是最珍貴的。」她不追求特定的地位或成就，只希望保持愛玩的心，享受當下的工作，體驗更多可能性。「我貪玩，想甚麼都試！只要能繼續做熱愛的事，保持新鮮感，我就開心。」 Sophie坦言沒有覺得入行接近十年，近來才讓更多人認識算是遲來的春天，她身體力行告訴了我們，活在當下，當一個有趣的靈魂，人生的每個時刻才會精彩。
