There’s nothing like a good sit after a gazillion miles of Manhattan walking. 

If your 40s are about not caring what people think, I feel I embrace that in my shoes more than anything else.

This is not an ad. It’s just me saying I care less about the look and more about the impending back ache I have for days if I try and gussy up at this point.

Meh. Bigger battles to fight.

In a world where things are so superficial, lean in to making yourself happy and comfortable first.

It’s only you and your back that looks at you in the mirror when you get home so aim to please yourself.
