Karen Pittman describes her portrayal of Mia Jordan on ‘The Morning Show’ — a role that finally garnered her an Emmy nomination last year — as a “mountaintop” moment.

“Part of being an actor, and even a super ambitious person, is that you never feel like you’ve actually made it. I’m one of those people that’s nose to the grindstone. But I have moments where I’m like, I’ve climbed a mountain, and it’s time to scale the next one.”
