REVIEW OF MY WORKOUT WITH THE HARLEY PASTERNAK 💪🏻 First off — he definitely lived up to the hype. I was sore for four days. Nothing got past him. From the moment I walked in, he noticed everything — my shoulder alignment, how I picked up the weights… it was like being trained by someone with 10 eyes. He really took his time with me, and it was also great connecting with a fellow Canadian here in LA.
