## Caption

Back in 2018 philipamitchell told me after I hosted a Home-buying seminar that 15 people showed up to, that I would speak in front of thousands of people. I told him he was crazy I had 1500 followers how the heck am I supposed to that 😂. 

Fast forward 7 years later I put him on a stage to speak  in front of thousands of people at the BIGGEST business festival in the world that I co founded. 

The highlight of my investfestival weekend. This meant more to me than yall would ever know. I'm literally in tears writing this.
