I’ve had anaemia for years and honestly? It’s so draining (literally). The tiredness, brain fog, dizzy spells, I felt like I was running on 3% battery every day.

And trying to stay on top of it just made me more exhausted. Appointments, pharmacy runs, remembering to re-order things... nope. My brain lit says no😅
