#ad Campfire season is here! My Bacon-Wrapped Brats topped with silver_spring_foods Beer’n Brat Mustard needs to be on your grilling menu.

To start things off, simply wrap your brats with thin-cut bacon (might have to use two strips) and season with a sweet BBQ rub. Next, cut up one bell pepper and one onion. 
 
Turn on your grill and set it up for dual-zone cooking. Sautee the veggies with some butter in a cast iron skillet on the direct heat side of the grill, placing the bacon-wrapped brats on the indirect heat side. 
 
Close the grill and cook until the veggies are soft and the bacon is crispy. Remove from the grill. Now,  it’s time to assemble. Layer on the veggies on the brats and finish it off with the Silver Spring Foods Beer’n Brat Mustard for that extra zing!
