Part 1: Limoncello | one of the most refreshing drinks I had when I was in Italy, was a Limoncello Spritz. So follow along as I make a batch of limoncello and then show you how to make a Limoncello Spritz! 

Part 1: 

12 large lemons 
750mL Vodka 

Peel the lemons and transfer the lemon peels into a large, air tight container. Make sure you only get the yellow peels, and not the white pith. 

Top with vodka, and let the vodka infuse with the lemons for 15-45 days (the longer the better). 

Follow for Part 2, so I can show you how to finish the limoncello.
