Crispy Big Potato Balls 🥔

These potato balls are crispy on the outside, savory and meaty on the inside. But as much as I love potatoes, I dread the whole process of peeling, boiling, and mashing. To make things easier, I used the idahoanfoods Buttery Homestyle Mashed Potato packet, literally just add water, whisk, and I got fluffy mashed potatoes in minutes. Once that step’s out of the way, everything else comes together so easily. These potato balls came out super light, crispy, and so satisfying. I’m still going to get my fix from Porto’s, but I like to make them at home too! And for those who don’t have access to Porto’s, I hope you try this out. :) #idahoanpartner [ad]
