I’ve been maybe gatekeeping this recipe because it’s one of my favorites and it just works so well! It’s super convenient and perfectly balanced, you get veggies, noodles, soup, and meat all in one go. It literally only takes 5 minutes to cook! For noodles, I go for something bouncy that holds its shape in the soup, and these ofoodusa sweet potato starch noodles are perfect, and  they come in individual packs, ready whenever you need them!
