Recipe: Impossible French Onion Casserole 

Ingredients:
5 tbsp olive oil, divided
10 oz bag Impossible steak bites 
1 onion, sliced into half rings
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp flour 
½ cup dry white wine
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 
2 cups vegetable stock
Salt & black pepper, to taste 
3 sprigs of fresh thyme 
4 slices provolone
For serving: mashed potatoes & garlic bread
