## Caption

This is how I made the umeboshi cabbage slaw from my katsu kare video! Its just shredded cabbage, watermon radish, shiso, and toasted white sesames dressed in a umeboshi and sesame oil! Feel free to add additional seasonings, but I wanted a light and refreshing contrast for the katsu kare!
