🥭🍤This Mango Shrimp & Crab Sushi Bake is my new summer dinner obsession. Sweet mango, creamy crab & shrimp, all baked into the easiest sushi-inspired dish. No rolling, no fuss. Perfect for weeknights, meal prep, or impressing friends without even trying. SAVE this recipe! You’ll thank yourself later.

Mango Shrimp & Crab Sushi Bake Recipe

Makes 1 (8x8 pan)
1. Mix 3 cups cooked white rice with 3 Tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tsp sugar, 2 tsp sesame oil, and furikake. Spread into a baking dish, sprinkle more furikake, set aside.
2. Combine 8 oz shredded imitation crab, ½ lb diced shrimp, ¾ cup cream cheese, ⅓ cup mayo, 2 Tbsp sriracha, 1 Tbsp soy sauce, ½ cup chopped green onions, and black pepper.
3. Spread topping over rice, bake at 400°F for 15–20 min until golden and bubbly.
4. Drizzle with spicy mayo, eel sauce, and sriracha. Top with diced cucumber and fresh mango, then serve with roasted seaweed and avocado.
