🍣👌🏼😋Just found my new go-to lunch spot in the Loop. grain.and.sea is a build-your-own sushi box concept where you can grab exactly what you want, one piece at a time. It has over 30 plus rotating options including nigiri, gunkan, maki, inari, plus gluten-free and plant-based picks. It’s priced by the ounce ($1.25/ounce), and even a full box came out under $25 which is wild for downtown. The sushi’s fresh, the rice is the perfect amount, and the spicy mayo at the sauce station is so good. Bonus points: it’s woman and LGBTQ-owned. Love supporting spaces like this.
